What to know before applying

  • Hughes Station is a rent restricted property

  • Applicants must make at least 2x the rent in order to qualify

  • Clean rental history required

  • Rents from $1419 - $2009/month, based off of household income

  • 1,2 and 3 bedrooms available

  • Recently renovated

  • ADA compliant

  • No application fee (if planning to keep that going).
