In addition, if you previously signed up for the interest list, this list is being dissolved and will no longer be used as of October 31, 2025. Anyone on that list will need to reapply.

Aurora Housing Authority will open their Project-Based Voucher lottery specifically for the Liberty View property that they have which is an elderly 62+ and Veteran eligible property.
Applications will only be accepted online starting Monday, February 16, 2026 at 12:00 P.M. (MDT) through Friday, March 06, 2026 at 12:00 P.M.

Maiker Housing Partners will be opening their Adams County Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) and Place-Based Voucher (PBV) waitlist.
