NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN ON OCTOBER 17, 2022 THAT THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF BRIGHTON (“AUTHORITY”) INTENDS TO AWARD A CONTRACT TO THE FOLLOWING PROPOSER, WITH THE SECOND RANKED CO-DEVELOPER ENTITY ALSO LISTED, AS FOLLOWS:

This intent to award is the result of the evaluation of proposals submitted pursuant to the Request for Qualifications (Number 22-0729) issued by the Authority for development of the Adams Point Project through a co-developer agreement pursuant Authority’s Policies & Procedures.

The Brighton Housing Authority is accepting proposals for the development of an affordable housing project anticipated to create a minimum of 60 units, in combination with some amount of separate commercial development, from legally and qualified persons or companies.

This intent to award is the result of the evaluation of proposals submitted pursuant to the Invitation For Bid (Number 22-0603) issued by the Authority for design and rehabilitation of the RAD Phase II Design-Build Project through a design-build agreement pursuant Authority’s Policies & Procedures. The Proposal Price submitted in the Proposer’s proposal was the lowest responsive, responsible bid at $1,570,790.00.
